U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued an alert today urging immigrants “to beware of scammers who may spread false information and mislead people by charging for unnecessary services.”  The alert comes as a reminder almost two weeks before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals is scheduled to hear oral arguments to determine whether a Texas District Court’s preliminary injunction blocking the advancement of DAPA/Expanded DACA should be stayed.  Until the Court of Appeals acts favorably, USCIS wants people to know that they should not be paying anyone for any related services.   Learn more visiting http://www.uscis.gov/avoid-scams
